Warm Up

  • High knees
  • Hurdlers
Exercises
  • Bow and arrow
  • lateral raises forward
  • triceps raises
  • Lateral raises sides
  • Run two laps

Partner up- (2 x's)
  • run around cones/squats
  • walking lunges/dips
  • high knee jog/ holding squat
  • bootie kickers/wall pushups
  • sprints/sumo squats
Abs
  • leg pushing reverse crunches (one partner pushes feet)
  • Russian twists
  • Temper tantrums
  • Windshield wipers
  • stamp the ceiling
  • alternating side crunches
  • Russian Twists
Cool down/Stretch
